The site is live

The DATA project website is public. It has been live behind a noindex header for a while; today it came off, after a factual pass over every claim the site makes.

This post exists mostly to prove the path works. It was written as a Markdown file, and the same file can be edited by any colleague with a project-hub account through the editor at /admin — no developer in the loop. Changes land on a drafts branch and reach the live site through a review, so nothing published here bypasses another pair of eyes.
